Introduction of International Programs

 

International Foundation Program

The International Foundation Program admission is required to take at least 720 hours of one-year Chinese courses. Each application is limited to 1 time. After one-year Chinese courses, students must pass the A2 standard of the TOCFL then continue to study professional courses in International Foundation Program, and to obtain a bachelor's degree in Taiwan. Those who fail to pass the A2 standard will be subject to withdrawal from the school and will be notified of the cancellation of their residence status. The student must leave the country before the residence permit expires. 

 

INTENSE Program

The government will provide scholarships, and participating enterprises will provide living allowances and internship subsidies. After graduation, the students will stay in Taiwan to work at the enterprise and fulfill their obligation to stay in Taiwan according to the number of years of receiving the scholarship.

 

 International Master program

Graduate programs: The duration of this international Master's degree is limited to one to four years and students must complete at least 30 credits (including 6 credits for their thesis/dissertation).  2. The school adopts the academic year credit system. Students of each department must complete the prescribed number of years, must complete the required credits of each department, and pass the courses before they can graduate. The length of study and graduation requirements are different according to each department’s/institute’s regulations, please follow the most current regulations and information announced by the departments/institutions. 

 

 Key Industry Department

Graduate programs: The duration of a Master's degree is limited to one to four years and students must complete at least 30 credits (including 6 credits for their thesis/dissertation). The period for a Doctoral degree is limited to two to seven years. Doctoral students must complete at least 24 credits (including 6 credits for their thesis/dissertation).
