提供僑生、外國學生、港澳學生申辦居留證、居留入出境證及延期停留之申請資訊。
Application information for Overseas Chinese, international, Hong Kong and Macao students regarding ARC, Exit & Entry Permit for Residency, and extension of stay.
30日內申請 / Apply Within 30 Days
入境次日起 30 日內，或改發居留簽證後 30 日內申辦。
Apply within 30 days after entry, or within 30 days from the issuance of the resident visa in Taiwan.
15日內變更住址 / Address Change Within 15 Days
居留住址變更時，須於 15 日內辦理變更登記。
If your residence address changes, you must apply for an address change registration within 15 days.
到期前30日延期 / Renew 30 Days Before Expiry
港澳學生居留證到期前 30 日內務必辦理延期。
Hong Kong and Macao students must renew their permit within 30 days before it expires.
僑外學生申辦居留證
Application for Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) for Overseas Chinese and International Students
申請說明 / Application Notes
  • 於入境次日起 30 日內，或在臺申獲改發居留簽證簽發日起 30 日內，向居留地所屬之內政部移民署服務站申請外僑居留證。
    International students must apply for the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) at the National Immigration Agency service center of their place of residence within 30 days after arriving in Taiwan, or within 30 days from the issuance date of the resident visa if it is changed in Taiwan.
  • 變更居留住址時，應於 15 日內申請辦理變更登記，並檢附租賃契約或宿舍住宿證明。
    When changing your residential address, you must apply for an address change registration within 15 days and submit a lease agreement or dormitory residence certificate.

港澳學生申辦居留入出境證
Application for Exit & Entry Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Students
申請說明 / Application Notes
  • 港澳生入臺前須申請香港澳門居民入境許可（可停留 3 個月）。
    Before entering Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao students must apply for an Entry Permit for Hong Kong/Macao Residents, which allows a stay of up to 3 months.
  • 入境完成體檢後，攜帶應備文件辦理臺灣地區居留入出境證。
    After entry and completion of the health check, students must apply for the Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit for Residency with the required documents.
  • 若無法於 3 個月內辦理完成居留入出境證，應先以入出境許可證辦理延期停留。
    If the residency permit cannot be completed within 3 months, students should first apply for an extension of stay using the entry permit.
  • 居留證效期到期前 30 日內務必辦理延期。
    The permit must be renewed within 30 days before it expires.
  • 變更居留住址時，應於 15 日內申請辦理變更登記，檢附租賃契約或宿舍住宿證明。
    When changing your residential address, you must apply for an address change registration within 15 days and submit a lease agreement or dormitory residence certificate.

申請費用 / Application Fee：NT$2,600
提醒：需另外提供畢業高中學校名稱與畢業年份。
Note: You must also provide the name of your high school and graduation year.
港澳學生延期停留申請
Application for Extension of Stay for Hong Kong and Macao Students
申請說明 / Application Notes
  • 經許可進入臺灣地區，停留期間自入境之翌日起，不得逾 3 個月，並得申請延期 1 次，期間不得逾 3 個月。
    Upon approval for entry into Taiwan, the initial duration of stay is up to 3 months from the day after arrival. Students may apply for one extension for up to 3 additional months.
